Personalization and tailor-made experiences formed the core of this event. Together with Butik Agency, we brought to life a fully customized immersive journey, designed to indulge a carefully selected group of guests through a private and unique brand experience. From the very first location visit, it was clear this had to be a high-end experience where immersion and personalization would take center stage. From the first themed cocktail to the final bite of a fully customized menu, every detail was designed to align within one cohesive and carefully curated journey.

The Challenge

The challenge was to create a fully themed and highly personalized experience within a short timeframe - a challenge we embraced with enthusiasm from day one. For this event, we immersed guests into the world of de Mer-business-man, taking them on a journey from the ocean’s surface to its deepest waters. The concept was built around personalization, reflecting the idea that even for this iconic character, there is a tailor-made Telenet package.

Concept & Strategy

No two guests experienced this event in exactly the same way, and that was precisely the point.

Built around personalization and tailor-made experiences, this private event for Telenet immersed a carefully selected group of guests into the world of de Mer-business-man. From the ocean’s surface to its deepest waters, each scene unfolded as part of a fully customized journey, reflecting Telenet’s focus on personalized solutions.

Bringing this concept to life required far more than immersive visuals alone. Extensive pre-production, technical rehearsals, performer coordination, backstage planning and close collaboration between creative partners ensured every carefully designed transition could unfold seamlessly. From live performances and personalized cocktails to synchronized 360° projections, catering and guest flow - every detail contributed to one cohesive narrative.

Key strategic pillars included:

  • One immersive universe:

    The underwater world remained present throughout the entire event. From the very first entrance through a custom-built tunnel to the themed cocktail reception, guests were immersed in the story from the moment they arrived. Guided by the Soul15 performers, attendees gradually transitioned into the flow of the evening, becoming part of the experience rather than simply observing it.


  • 360° storytelling:

    Rather than using visuals as a backdrop, immersive content became an active part of the experience. Every transition, atmosphere and environment evolved alongside the evening, guiding guests through different chapters of the underwater universe. Even the dining experience adapted to the story, with environments shifting according to each personalized course served.


  • Live experience & energy:

    Music and sound design played a central role throughout the private dinner experience. In close collaboration with our art directors and the Soul15 performers, every soundtrack and live element was carefully selected to strengthen the atmosphere. Imagine enjoying a fully personalized dinner while mermaids perform around you and whales slowly move through the space - transforming dining into an immersive sensory experience! Behind the scenes, all technical production for sound, lighting and visuals was coordinated together with our trusted production partners.

Branding, layout, and flow were designed to seamlessly blend demonstration and entertainment, reframing the tech launch as an experience rather than
a presentation.

Outcomes & Impact

Feedback from both Butik Agency and Telenet was overwhelmingly positive, with the execution praised for its originality and attention to detail. The launch event was described as a true success, where entertainment, storytelling and brand experience naturally reinforced one another.

From the first welcome moment to the final immersive scene, the event theme remained consistent throughout the evening. Live performances, synchronized visuals, tailor-made catering and carefully timed transitions allowed guests to move effortlessly through the experience, ensuring every phase felt intentional and immersive.

Behind the scenes, extensive preparation, technical rehearsals and close coordination between performers, production teams and creative partners ensured a smooth execution despite the complexity of the concept.

What started as an ambitious creative idea evolved into a fully realized immersive world; designed, developed and brought to life within just one month. The result was an exclusive influencer experience that both Butik Agency and Telenet look back on as a successful collaboration and a memorable launch event.
